A hypothesis was formulated based on analytical estimates of the activity and efficiency of sectoral greening processes, according to which assumptions were made regarding changes in methodological approaches and management tools. The theoretical bases of system-parametric generalization of modern axiomatics of formation of linear and nonlinear control of complex systems in relation to problems of ecologization of economy are developed. The basic system of invariant concepts of the theory of economic-ecological nonlinearity is formed. The axiomatic representation of systemic effects of economic-ecological interactions is presented. The theoretical basis for the development of corporate environmental management has been developed. On the basis of empirical research the conceptual scheme of information support of eco-oriented management decisions is grounded. The methodological approach to the estimation of the efficiency and effectiveness of state programs and projects of sectoral economic and environmental development is presented.
