The object of research is the process of optimization of production management. The purpose of the research is to increase the efficiency of enterprise management of LTD "AVIS-AKVA" on the basis of mathematical modeling of processes of optimization of its work. The following general scientific methods of research were applied: systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis - during the collection and systematization of information; to refine the concepts and their ordering according to existing approaches - methods of abstraction and deduction; generalization - to develop recommendations and suggestions, formulate conclusions; as well as a specific method of scientific cognition - correlation-regression analysis, namely, the least-squares method. The main results of the work are as follows: a correlation-regression model of profit optimization was developed, which allows to determine the maximum profit and its corresponding values in terms of production volume, unit price, costs for the entire production volume and sales; a multifactor correlation-regression model of price dependence on external and internal factors of influence, which can be estimated on the basis of elasticity coefficients, is developed.
