The aim of research is an improvement of procedures of evaluation of social and political situation during training and application of troops (forces) in the dislocation area during applying on purpose. Methodological basis of research are methods of theoretical character (analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization) and empiric character (method of expert estimations). Basic results of research: theoretical positions purchased further development in relation to essence and structure of social and political situation; experience of evaluation of social and political situation is generalized by the organs of military management in structures of Ukrainian Armored Forces; first system investigational features of evaluation of social and political situation in the NATO. Methodical recommendations are worked out to the corresponding organs of military management in relation to priority directions and ways of improvement of the system of evaluation of social and political situation in interests of training and application of troops (forces). Realization offered approach will allow to improve documents in relation to the evaluation of social and political situation during troops (forces) training and application.
