To develop guidelines for calculating fuel consumption and performance standards for agricultural machinery used to conduct qualification examinations of plant varieties in UKRAINIAN INSTITUTE FOR PLANT VARIETY EXAMINATION branches. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of optimizing the regulatory costs of the production of expertise of plant varieties. The analysis of the technological map of the qualification examination of wheat varieties of soft winter type of development by types of costs and stages of the completed technological processes is carried out. The proposed approaches to optimizing the work, their introduction in the technological processes of qualification examination of plant varieties at research points will allow UIPVE to ensure the efficient use of material and technical means for examination purposes.
