Enzymatic synthesis of 1,2-aminocyclopentanols and 1,2-diaminocyclopentanes was performed, which are important pharmacophore groups. The stereochemistry of SE2(P)-electrophilic substitution at the chiral trivalent or pentavalent phosphorus compounds was investigated. It was found that the reaction proceeds through the center of the highest electron density at the phosphorus atom from the front side with retention of the absolute configuration. High-selective methods for the synthesis of alpha and gamma-derivatives of tetradecapentaenoic acid, isolated from tropical plants Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Rutaceae),which possesses interesting pharmacological properties were developed. Chiral synthetic blocks were obtained by enzymatic catalysis to produce cryxyvan, including derivatives of 1,2-halogenindenols, 1,5-halogenindenols, and 1,4-dihydroxyindenols. Synthetic chiral synthetic blocks were prepared for producing ladostigil. Chiral phosphonobenzaldehydes, which are chiral reagents for the production of phosphonic analogs of phosphotyrosine, have been synthesized. The C-P analogues of phosphotyrosine were also obtained as representative of kinase enzymes that modify specific proteins by the addition of a phosphate group, in a process known as phosphorylation. The structure of the compounds was confirmed by 1H NMR, 19F, 13C, 31P spectra. The studies have been published in international journals with high impact factors and are of considerable scientific and practical importance. The results of the research were drawn up in review articles that were published or accepted for publication in rating professional journals: 14 publications (4 articles published, 3 in print, 1 patent, and 6 abstracts).
