Traditional approaches to ensuring financial security at the state level do not take into account the specifics of the functioning of different types of financial institutions, the effective activity of which is the basis of financial security of a market economy country, and can not in the conditions of economic and political crisis guarantee the proper state of realization of financial interests of business entities and the population of the country. Therefore, in order to maintain a high level of financial security of the state and economic security of financial institutions as a prerequisite for its provision, it is planned to create innovative methodological tools for use by financial market regulators. The research work is aimed at solving a number of fundamental problems: regulatory influence on the formation of the economic security of financial market participants; definition of strategic imperatives for ensuring the economic security of financial intermediaries at the level of state regulators of the financial market; the formation of conceptual bases for ensuring the financial security of the state in the conditions of the changing nature of the environment of the functioning of the financial market and the permanent increase in the number of threats that accompany its progressive development; development of innovative methods of financial security support as a component of the national security of the state through mechanisms of stabilization of the functional state of the domestic financial services markets and their participants.
