The created structural state is thermally stable up to a temperature of 650 ° C. Phase analysis showed that in a strongly deformed state, ferrite is present in the steel, whose content with annealing at temperatures up to 600 ° C decreases, and at higher annealing temperatures the ferrite disappears, but a small amount appears. σ-phase. The microhardness of the steel after IPD is about 3.2 GPa and varies slightly with annealing at temperatures up to 650 ° C and shows high values even after annealing at temperatures up to 750 ° C (2.25 GPa). The yield strength of steel in this state at 20 ° C and 650 ° C is 1.5-1.7 times higher than that of steel with standard grain size. Elongation at a test temperature of 20 ° C increases with annealing at 700 ° C to almost 35%, but at a test temperature of 650 ° C decreases with grain growth, although it remains at a sufficient technological level (12%). The effect of grain size on the oxidation of steel in the atmosphere and its interaction with the melt of a lead coolant have also been established. Thus, the technological processes developed during the execution of the project make it possible to control the structural state of the austenitic reactor steels and significantly improve their properties.  Product Description popup.authors Efimov Oleksandr A.
