The influence of the technological parameters and obtaining conditions on the initial phase-structural state and functional properties, as well as their change under operating conditions are analyzed. The technical equipment and methods for specimens tensile testing under the conditions of stiff loading are developed. This allows to obtained true deformation diagrams and to measure the local displacements of the specimen surface in the neck as well as the size of the internal crack of the specimens after loading to different levels of force and to determine the specific deformation energy. The results of static tensile tests of engine turbine disc materials, which were used to process the digital image correlation method and construct complete true deformation diagrams are presented.
