The subject of the research is the technologies of evaluation of the scientific activity of ZVO, their structural subdivisions (faculties, departments, etc.), as well as of individual scientists and project groups to which they belong, technologies of data collection, analysis and visualization. In order to modernize Ukraine's social development, in particular in the fields of science and innovation, known scientific developments have been analyzed to evaluate the performance of scientists. For the complex evaluation of scientific research activity, a method of vector evaluation of results was proposed. This method is based on the construction of vectors from scalar estimates in a multidimensional metric space. The method of estimating the results of the HEA activity based on the calculation of the generalized volume of the m-simplex is described and verified. The components of ZVO activities are considered: educational, scientific, international and innovative. The task of selecting potential partners for cooperation in the framework of scientific and educational projects is formulated. The peculiarities of the formulation of the problem are considered depending on the type of the potential partner. Each project in this production consists of a finite number of work packages, each of which requires the selection of contractors. This study attempts to formalize this process of forming partner selection criteria for each of the packages in the form of a multicriteria selection task. The method of selecting the contractors of the project is built, the essence of which is to use a fuzzy logical conclusion to agree the experts' opinions on the required requirements for the candidates.  Product Description popup.authors Andrashko Yurii V.
