Purpose of the work: The purpose of this stage of work is to determine the stability of model organophosphorus pesticide paraoxone under natural conditions without and with the addition of metalpeptides based on unnatural amino acids, and to determine the possibility of using the obtained compositions in the catalytic degradation of organophosphate pesticides. Synthesis of a series of unnatural amino acids - histidine analogues, and description of their physical and physicochemical properties were performed. Peptides were synthesized based on unnatural amino acids, histidine analogues. The synthesis of in situ copper-containing peptides, the study of their physicochemical and catalytic properties in the reactions of the decomposition of phosphoesters, model substrates similar to organophosphate type pesticides. Paraoxone pesticide resistance was analyzed under in-situ conditions without and with the addition of metalopeptides using the paraoxone insecticide as a model compound. It is determined that the introduction of metalpeptide compositions into soils of different acidity accelerates the process of degradation of paraoxin by 1.7 - 3 times. It has been caused that the degradation of paraoxone occurs more intensively in slightly alkaline and neutral soils. General recommendations for the use of metalpeptide compositions for natural natural degradation of pesticides have been formulated. Product Description popup.authors Boyko Oleksandr M.
