For a pilot study of the acoustic system authors developed original measuring means, namely, a high-frequency wattmeter and the acoustic radiometer. The research by means of a method of determination of bioelectric activity of a brain which allowed to establish for the first time increase an alpha - and a theta - wave activity of a brain at patients with pulmonary pathology is conducted. It is revealed that are picked correctly up by audio signals improve the main indicator of a bronchial tree. On the basis of the developed model of an acoustical system, taking into account spectral structure of audio of signals, the research of their influence on a cognitive function of neocortex of a brain of the person is conducted. It is carried out quantitative assessment of frequency characteristics of electric activity of a brain and dynamics of coefficient of concentration of attention under the influence of audio of signals of different component structure. It is for the first time established the most expressed frequencies of audio of signals which cause characteristic changes of power and frequency of rhythms of a brain of the person.
