Analyzing the obtained results, it is established that the heart rate variability, depending on the estimation method - by recording the pulse rate variability (photoplethysmography with a smartphone) and heart rate variability (electrocardiography) indicates no differences according to the indices of the standard deviation of the RR intervals (SDNN) and rMSSD. The decrease of SDNN in the development of ventricular extrasystole was determined, despite the treatment of the latter. Vagus-mediated changes in heart rate variability in the short term are more pronounced for coronary heart disease and hypertension (pNN50).
