This analysis is of practical importance for controlling the domain structure, polar, dielectric and electromechanical properties of nanoparticles and thin films of ferroelectrics. On the basis of the results on the transformation of the band structure of graphene when a ferromagnetic insulator plate is applied to it, a similar problem was considered under the conditions when the graphene film has a ferroelectric film as a substrate. It is shown that there is a potential for creation of a spin filter for spintronic devices using this arrangement. The transport and magnetotransport properties of extruded carbon nanotube bundles, as well as nanogranular volumes of carbon nanoparticles in an insulating matrix, which are used to create thermometers for wide temperature range, have been experimentally studied. The conditions have been studied of the occurrence of indirect excitons in tunneling-coupled double semiconductor quantum wells, one of which is made of magnetically diluted semiconductor and the other of an ordinary semiconductor. The previously unknown effect of the dependence of the photoluminescence peak energy of indirect exciton on the photoluminescence excitation energy has been identified, which may be important for the design of electronic and spintronic devices based on semiconductor superlattices. A scheme of a nanogenerator using vortex-state particles of ferrimagnets at a temperature near spin compensation is proposed. Estimates for a ferrimagnetic alloy GdFeCo with near-room compensation temperature showed that the operating frequency of such a vortex generator reaches 20-30 GHz. These results open up a new area of high-frequency spintronics based on nearly-compensated ferrimagnets. A representation for the electronic spectrum of LaH10 is proposed that takes into account the hybridization of the La 4f and H 1s electron states. Product Description popup.authors Bilevskii Pavlo A.
