The topics of the GDR are relevant to the present, as current information technologies are being intensively introduced into the shipbuilding industry as part of the development of the concept of e-navigation, high-precision maneuvering and dynamic positioning of ships. The object of the study is the processes of dynamic positioning of the movement of the vessel. The peculiarity of the modern ship management process is the use of the latest information technology in navigation and the dynamic positioning of the vessel (DP) in the presence of constant information exchange of the navigator with the technical means of ship management. The subject of research and development - are the systems of the ship's DP, taking into account the peculiarities of the process of human interaction with technical means of navigation. The purpose of the work is to create software to improve the quality of functioning of the systems of marine vessels. The paper analyzes the current state of the problem of the world's fleet accident, and determines that the so-called "human factor" is the main factor of the accident. Theoretical approaches to the creation of SE systems for the control of navigation of seagoing vessels, which take into account the peculiarities of the process of interaction of navigation with technical means of navigation. Mathematical models for ship control in high-precision maneuvering and dynamic positioning have been developed.
