Purpose: with the involvement of modifying additives of functionalized nanotubes, as well as carbides and oxides of creation of new nanosized composite materials with improved physicochemical properties (density, hardness, durability, durability, crack resistance, corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance) dual use (including the elements of armor). Research methods: mechanochemical synthesis method, X-ray diffraction and SEM electron scanning microscopy, Vickers microhardness measurement. With the use of the first technological step of mechanochemical processing of the charge containing carbon nanotubes, a technique was developed to create a compact dense nanocomposite material of the Fe-Ti-BHT system, the high hardness of which is provided by carbides formed in the metal matrix directly in the process of mechanochemical synthesis. The efficiency of using carbon nanotubes for creation of nanocomposite material is shown, the improved mechanical characteristics of which are regulated by the nanosize of the particles of the matrix material and the carbide phase, which is formed during mechanochemical synthesis, the high density of compact nanocomposite material and the structural features of its phase carbon components.  Product Description popup.authors Bilyavina Nadiya M.
