Updated and proposed new techniques for the diagnosis of NGP, related to the peculiarities of the complexation of eco-geophysical methods (in the study of flooding processes); determination of the shift of thermally-elastic-plastic equilibrium of an isotropic matrix under the action of applied stresses (in the study of shear processes); combining electrotomography, magnetometry, georadar measurements, etc. (in the study of sulfate karst, suffusion). Methodical approaches to the modeling of complex natural-technogenic systems (PTS) under the influence of NGP with respect to the tasks of engineering geology, engineering geodynamics, hydrogeology, soil science, ecology are determined. A software-computational method for interpreting remote sensing (DZZ) data, primarily vertical displacements of the territory, has been developed to evaluate the intensity of landslide development. The main principles and methods of modeling the state of the geological environment and the effects of hazardous geological processes are substantiated, the purpose of which is information and analytical support of the system of monitoring and forecasting the impact of dangerous geological processes on the functioning of infrastructure objects. Approaches to a comprehensive analysis of the risks associated with their impact on CIs are proposed, including the classification, evaluation and ranking steps.
