The mechanisms of formation of the photo- and radioluminescence in the studied materials are determined, the ways of controlling their luminescent and scintillation properties are proposed. The prospects of using the obtained materials in various applications, in particular, as bolometric detectors and for X-ray luminescence imaging of biological objects are shown.
