The purpose of the implementation was to investigate the relationship between mutations of the filaggrin gene and disorders of the epidermal barrier in chronic dermatoses by studying the features of microbiocenosis, functional skin condition, clinical manifestations, the course of the disease and to develop methods of correction of the detected disorders. Research methods: analytical, bacteriological, molecular-biological, biochemical, enzyme-linked immunosorbent, histological, generally clinical, statistical. According to the results of research, the study of clinical-anamnestic and clinical-genetic features of the course of allergodermatoses was conducted; typing of samples obtained from patients with chronic dermatoses, according to the filagrine gene, SPINK5, Toll-like receptor TLR 1, IL17A; development of rapid method for determination of FLG 2282del4 mutations; experimental study of the effect of topical steroids on the degree of their effect on the intensity and development of pathological processes in the skin of experimental animals, the definition and study of indices of skin physiology, the study of skin biotopes with the determination of a number of pathogenicity factors of staphylococcus strains isolated from patients with allergenic dermatitis, and aggression of the removed strains of staphylococci and development of a method of correction of skin barrier disorders.  Product Description popup.authors Yereshchenko Olena O.
