Studies of raw materials for obtaining alternative biofuels: waste from the alcohol industry - bard and waste from the oil refining industry of oil sludge. Based on the studies, recommendations were developed on their use for the production of alternative biofuels. To complement the research facility, rotary cavitators are designed and manufactured. Protests of the installation units: rotary cavitators, circulation pumps, a vacuum pump and frequency converters that control the operation of cavitators and pumps. Design documentation was developed for the units of the experimental installation: rotary cavitators, frames, a mixing chamber for primary preparation, a degassing chamber, a magnetic resonance excitation device, and the installation as a whole. Also developed: schematic diagrams: hydraulic and electrical, algorithm for the operation of the research facility, passport of the research facility, instruction manual, test program and methodology. In accordance with the developed design documentation, a pilot plant for the production of biofuel for the disposal of biogenic waste was manufactured, which can serve as a prototype of a module of an industrial plant. The installation was tested, the obtained samples of alternative biofuel were tested on a fire stand and in a specialized laboratory. The test results comply with the requirements of the Terms of Reference. The inclusion of a magnetic wave excitation device for resonant treatment in the research facility and optimization of the treatment regimes reduced the energy consumption for producing alternative biofuel by 5% and increased the plant productivity by 10%.
