The purpose of the work is development of scientific methodological approach and practical tools for planning and implementing financial policy aimed at ensuring and regulating the sustainable development of the combined territorial communities in Ukraine. Based on the results of the work, a scientific and methodological approach of the assessment of the compliance of socio-economic development strategies of the united territorial communities (UTC) and their financial policy with the strategic objective of the regional and national level and the global Sustainable Development Goals were developed; relevant environmental determinants of sustainable development of territorial communities are substantiated; corrections to the methodology of sustainable development assessment / self-assessment were developed in accordance with the results of its testing in Komyshansk UTC, Berezovskaya UTC; corrections have been developed and introduced to the methodology for determining the priorities for financing the sustainable development of the UTC, due to its approbation Komyshanskaya UTC, Berezovskaya UTC of Sumy region, as well as in the Sumy city UTC; the most important factors that stimulate voluntary association of UTCs are substantiated; Applied recommendations for the use of financial instruments aimed at ensuring and regulating sustainable development were used in the UTCs: in particular in financing primary care institutions, the interrelation of strategic and budgetary planning, management of agricultural land resources, etc. Product Description popup.authors Vysochyna Alina V.
