The purpose of the research – the establishment of metabolic disorders and their regulation, interrelated with the disorganization of intracellular structures, under the condition of ecopathogenic environmental factors and the development of animal diseases. Subject of research – metabolic processes and structural and functional state cell membranes for the effects on animals of ecopathogenic factors, carbon dioxide hypobiosis; the effectiveness of drugs in cell membrane repair in hepatо- and enteropathologies; ways to correct membrane bound processes when immunodeficiency in newborns and productive animals etc. The peculiarities of metabolic disorders and their regulation at the cellular level due to the disorganization of membrane structures due to the effects on the organism of ecopathogenic environmental factors (heavy metals, chemicals, mycotoxins), hypoxy-hypercapnic environment and the development of animal diseases (hepatopathy and enterotology). As a result, the scientific and practical provisions of endoecological technology of therapeutic and prophylactic and rehabilitation measures with the use of reparative therapy based on natural raw materials, which were introduced at the production, were developed. This technology provides an effective and rapid recovery of structural and metabolic disorders in the body to address the overarching goal of growing a viable and healthy livestock of productive animals, improving food security and population health.
