The aim of the work is to investigate the influence of anthropogenic factors on the communities of oribatid mites in Transcarpathian conditions and to establish the indicative properties of oribatids. Methods of work - conventional methods of soil-zoological and ecological research have been used to achieve this goal. During the reporting period, the results of studies concerning the influence of anthropogenic factors (hydromelioration, hay mowing, grazing) on ​​the grouping of the armor mites of Transcarpathian onions were generalized. In particular, it was found that the overall Q diversity index due to hydromelioration and grazing decreased by an average of 1.9 times. Whereas mowing contributes to an increase of 1.7 times while reducing the number of studied groups by 2.4 times. New and previously known information on the indicative properties of the oribatids of the studied area has been installed. In particular, 10 specias of oribatid mites have been identified that characterize anthropogenic transformations (hydromelioration, grazing, and mowing) of Transcarpathian grasslands. The collection of oribatid mites of SMNH NASU of 50 samples is supplemented. The database “Data Centre Biodiversity of Ukraine” was supplemented with information on Oribatida from the studied area. The results of the studies were presented at three conferences, 3 publications were prepared, 2 of which were accepted and 1 published.
