With the development of international relations and Ukraine's course on European integration, it became necessary to unify and standardize methods of quality control of visas and, in general, microbiological research, bringing them in line with common requirements. To achieve this goal, standardized means of quality control and standardization of WIP must be available, namely: reference samples of cultures of microorganisms, specific sera, standard samples of preparations - vaccines, atigens, etc., as well as test systems for controlling the identity of the preparations by their biological active agents. To obtain active pure cultures of microorganisms, high-quality nutrient media are required. Therefore, one of the urgent tasks of microbiology is the development of quality nutrient media with satisfactory growth properties and cost-effective. The purpose of the research is to unify the methods of control and standardization of veterinary immunobiological preparations (VIP) and microbiological research and to develop the means of their standardization.
