Three-step methods of electronic speckle interferometry and two-wave phase shift interferometry with arbitrary phase shift of the reference beam are theoretically substantiated. Appropriate software has been developed. Computer simulations of procedures for reproduction of the field of motion, including the method of digital holographic interferometry, have been carried out.
