A number of potentiometric monobiosensors were developed based on the coimmobilization of enzymes with different types of zeolite on a pH-sensitive FET, and their performance was determined and compared. Clinoptilolite and Beta zeolite (BEA) have been shown to be more promising for biosensors than zeolite A. By changing the concentration of BEA zeolite in membranes, it is possible to extend the linear measurement range of the biosensor. It is known that a two-layer method of applying an enzyme with clinoptilolite provides a significant increase in the sensitivity of biosensors to substrates, whereas thermal modification of BEA zeolite crystals can improve the analytical characteristics of biosensors. The optimum concentration of zeolites in bioselective elements, at which the highest sensitivity to the biosensor was observed, was 10%. The ratio of Si / Al during synthesis and the diameter of the obtained particles affects the characteristics of the biosensor. The results show that it is possible to adjust the characteristics of enzyme biosensors by modifying the bioselective elements with zeolites. Product Description popup.authors Arkhypova Valentyna M.
