Among them are the following: taking into account the interests of consumers of educational services; distribution of educational services in the field of non-formal education; trends in combining the opportunities and experiences of formal and non-formal education; interdisciplinary integration; involvement of all indifferent subjects of social dimension in the educational process; establishing links between science, industry, business and education. It is found that the innovative progress of Ukrainian education in this area is declared in the Law of Ukraine "On Education", where in Article 21 "Specialized Education" appears as a new direction - "specialized education of scientific direction", which stimulates the integration processes of formal and informal education. It is stated that such integration can ensure the formation of a qualitatively new educational system that combines the most requested features of formal and non-formal education. The key principle will be consumer focus on educational services, which will open up new possibilities for a holistic individualized education system, where, among other things, the STEM educational direction and the innovative educational paradigm - "scientific education" are implemented.
