The object of the study is the legal facts in the mechanism of legal regulation of private relations. The purpose of the work is to develop the basic theoretical provisions of the private law theory through the prism of establishing the place of legal facts in the mechanism of legal regulation of servitude, corporate, contracting, transport, insurance, hereditary relations. Research methods - general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular dialectical, comparative-legal and formal-legal methods, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization. As a result of the research, a theoretical generalization of the newest approaches to understanding legal facts in the mechanism of legal regulation of private relations was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the basic theoretical provisions of the private law theory through the prism of special conditions of European integration processes in Ukraine. The modern view of the place of legal facts in the mechanism of legal regulation of servitude, corporate, contracting, transport, insurance, hereditary relations is offered. A number of proposals have been formulated to improve the current legislation and practice of its implementation. The main results of the research work are reflected in the scientific publications In the course of developing the topic, 1 draft law was prepared and sent to the relevant Verkhovna Rada Committee of Ukraine: 1. Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Protection of Property Rights”. (Original Letter No. 01-9 / 1-84-1 dated 14.08.2019).
