The subject of the research is: the strategy of changing the national security of Ukraine in the conditions of formation of a new world order by expanding the cooperation of Ukraine with the EU, the USA and the leading countries of the Asia-Pacific region. The goal of the work. The main purpose of this project is to scientifically substantiate the development of a new strategy of Ukraine to confront geopolitical challenges and threats to national security in the conditions of the formation of a new world order; determining Ukraine's place in the context of post-Soviet transformation processes; analysis of Ukraine's tasks in the face of confrontation with the Russian hybrid war; the characterization of new challenges and threats for Ukraine by CEE countries and the scientific justification of their confrontation; analysis of key threats to the EU and substantiation of the strategy for Ukraine. The basic methods of research are: general scientific and philosophical methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction and modeling. In order to clarify the key concepts of this study, it is important to use an updated method - terminological analysis and a logical-semantic approach. The use of inductive and deductive methods, as well as synthetic methods will allow us to come to generalizations and clear and logical conclusions about the nature and prevention of threats to the national security of Ukraine. The hypothetical and modeling method will allow to characterize and construct scenarios of possible transformation and evolution of threats to the national security of Ukraine. Also, the most objective characteristics of the neighboring countries' geostrategies were identified on the basis of different expert assessments.
