The method and ways of implementing hardware and software calibration means of measuring paths and accuracy control of MPTMS «Vega-V». The method involves the use of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or spacecraft observations, as well as high-precision kinematic GNSS positioning means with a centimeter level of accuracy; 2. A method and means of realizing high-precision trajectory measurements of the motion parameters of low-orbit space vehicles using a laser rangefinder of the MAO NAS of Ukraine to solve the problems of calibration and accuracy control of the radio technical MPTMS are considered; 3. To test the prototype of the software of calibration mode, multisystem dual-frequency observations of permanent stations in Ukraine were used. Onboard kinematic GNSS-observations of the AN-158 aircraft were also used. A cycle of processing of these observations using the Bernese software package was performed; 4. Using the prototype of the software MPTMS calibration and accuracy assessment the multisystem GNSS-observations of stations were processed in the static positioning mode with the calibration parameters estimation of centimeter accuracy; 5. Optical observations of near-Earth space objects have been carried out. According to the results of processing more than 1500 digitized photographic observations of clusters in the U and V spectral bands of the Johnson system, obtained in 1968-1987, a catalog of 1700 positions and stellar magnitudes of asteroids was compiled; 6.The concept of a service center for mapping the trajectories of near-Earth objects is proposed. Software-mathematical complexes have been developed for automatic detection and further tracking of small celestial bodies of the solar system and artificial Earth satellites. In the scientific and research institute «MAO» (Mykolaiv) the regular observations of low-Earth orbit and geostationary space vehicles were carried out. The results are posted on the UMOS website.
