An optimal composition of a medicinal composition with an extract of walnut carbon dioxide in the form of an ointment has been developed. Microbiological and pharmacological studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the ratio of active substances in the developed medicinal composition for antimicrobial, local anesthetic and wound healing effect and its harmlessness. According to the results of research, a drug was developed with an extract of walnut carbon dioxide, miramistin and lidocaine hydrochloride with a high degree of antimicrobial activity, wound healing and local anesthetic effect for the treatment of wounds and wound infections with the aim of further implementation in medical practice.
