It is known that the highest level of professional training of the teacher corresponds to the formation of his own pedagogical credo. The requirements of the modern educational paradigm and the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" orient the project executives to the development, creation and justification of scientific concept, methodology of educational forecast and scenarios of innovative technologies of effective learning, which will correspond to the world level of training of specialists with preserving the advantages of professions -physics. We build the project's ideology on the basis of the dialectical principles of folk pedagogy, which does not categorically recognize the phenomenon of the inability of the subject, but affirms the conviction that in his life each individual is both a teacher and an eternal student.
