Analyzers are designed to register the energy characteristics of ions and thermal electrons with a density of 1012… 1013 cm-3 at the input power into the plasma of microwave oscillations up to 1 MW in a pulse of 2 μs duration. The method of analyzing the motion of charged particles in a narrow channel across the magnetic field (using the "fenced collector" analyzer) confirmed provided that the development of modified decay of microwave oscillations with the frequency of electron cyclotron resonance, plasma ions are accelerated by the field of generated low-frequency oscillations.
