Offered technology of transmission of warmth by coaxial pipelines. A physical and mathematical model and approved method of calculation of coaxial pipelines is built. It is chosen and laboratory investigational optimum composition of mixture of the high molecular hard saturated hydrocarbons and surfactants chemical matters for intensification of process of accumulation of warmth.
