The method of multicriterion strategic ekspres-analizaishn of support of making decision «centre-of-mass» is developed and approved. The conducted analysis of technical requirements and normative base testifies that in Ukraine presently absent norms in the field of application of thermal accumulators,namely classification, technical requirements, requirement specification and other requirements to the equipment and heat-retaining materials and others like that. A conclusion is done, that it is necessary to develop industry standards in the field of application of basic and contiguous equipment taking into account teplo-ekologo-economic principles and other. Offered technology of transmission of warmth by coaxial pipelines. A physical and mathematical model and approved method of calculation of coaxial pipelines is built. It is chosen and laboratory investigational optimum composition of mixture of the high molecular hard saturated hydrocarbons and surfactants chemical matters for intensification of process of accumulation of warmth. A description is made of the dependence of the mass and volume of the heat storage materials on the density of the stored energy. Working design documentation of the prototype has been developed and a model of heat accumulator, technology of intensification of heat exchange and enhancement of specific accumulation capacity of heat accumulators have been created. The technology of converting electrical energy into heat from KPE≈2.7 using the effect of high-temperature sorption / desorption in Me-H2 systems has been tested. Working design documentation has been developed and a model prototype of an electric heating element has been created. Two pilot experimental stands were commissioned. Number of printed works - 78, including 6 monographs. Applications for security documents were submitted - 2, security documents were received - 5.
