No. 74 of March 30, 2011) states that the facility is “underway to ensure its nuclear and radiation safety” and that its current status should be classified as a “surface storage site for unorganized radioactive waste (RW) ("temporary storage of unorganized radioactive waste under stabilization and reconstruction"). Thus, the activities at the OS (NSC) are activities related to radioactive waste management. Accordingly, the safety regulation of NSC-OS should be based on regulatory acts (NPAs) and regulatory technical documentation (NTDs) operating in the field of radioactive waste management, which is first and foremost the nuclear safety rules (PBOs). PSAs require the elimination of the likelihood of CPR and the reduction of its consequences. To ensure nuclear safety, it is sufficient to control at least one of the following parameters: the volume of nuclear-hazardous nuclides (IAU), the concentration of IAU, the mass of IAU, the concentration of the neutron moderator, the geometric dimensions of the accumulation of IAU. Since the accumulation of YANN in the room 305/2 OU access is accessible, therefore, and there is no control of the predicted PBS parameters. In this case, risk reduction decisions should be made based on estimates of the likely consequences of an adverse event (occurrence of CPR). Thus, the implementation of the proposed work is required / regulated by existing NPAs and NTDs. A mathematical model has been created for a potentially nuclear-dangerous accumulation of fuel-containing materials that relates its main parameters: dynamics of neutron flux density, mass of water (retarder and neutron absorber), reactivity and temperature of the system. The dynamics of the neutron incident that occurred in the volume of this cluster in June 1990 has been restored and interpreted. According to the experimental data of this incident, the mathematical model was verified (the dynamics of the basic parameters coincide) Product Description popup.authors Godun Roman L Mulyar Daria O Stadnyk Serhii M popup.nrat_date 2020-04-01 Close
