Aim of the study: increase of efficiency of intensive therapy of enteral insufficiency in cancer patients after multiorgan operations by individualization of diagnostic methods and methods of intensive therapy. Research methods and equipment: clinical-instrumental, biochemical, clinical, statistical; cardiac monitor Hiaco, ultrasound, electrocardiography. Theoretical and practical results: new data on the effectiveness of the use of bactericidal and bacteriostatic drugs in patients with enteral insufficiency when introduced through a transnasal probe, correlation between the degree of translocation of microorganisms through the intestinal barrier, and the concentration of antiseptics. Novelty: the algorithm of early diagnostics and intensive therapy of enteral insufficiency and the method of treatment of enteral insufficiency after multiorgan interventions in cancer patients in the postoperative period were developed. Effectiveness of implementation: the method of treatment allows to reduce the bed-day by 7-10 days, which is equal to 4000-5700 UAH. Field of use: oncology, intensive care.
