The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of biotechnological processes by optimizing their conditions and selection of producers. Research methods - chemical, physical, physicochemical, microbiological and biochemical methods. Morphological and biochemical features, as well as mechanisms of control of biotechnological processes of the following producers are investigated: Pleurotus ostreatus, Chlorella vulgaris, Chlorella elipsoides, Eisenia foetida; Eisenia veneta, Origanum vulgare L. Developed methods: small-scale processing of organic waste; pre-sowing treatment of seeds of agricultural crops; cultivation of the mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.:Fr.) Kumm. with an unconventional aroma. The use of esters, amides and salts of 2,3-dehydroamino acid derivatives in the biotechnology of growing ecologically safe agricultural products has been studied.
