The objective of research is to confirm the idea of the authors about the possibility of altering the structure of the first space quantization levels in delta doped quantum wells. The research method is theoretical. It is proved for the first time that background impurities do not cancel the effect caused by the ionization of shallow impurities of the delta layer, moreover, they contribute to its more pronounced manifestation. In particular, this paper studies the competition between these two sources of carriers and their balance at different input parameters. The studies to which this report is devoted are a logical development of analogous works presented in the previous department research report.
