Subject of research: approaches to managing the components of the strategic potential of the transitive economy in the discourse of economic theory and management in the context of globalization changes today. The purpose of the study: business management and the formation on this basis of the paradigm of economic development of the national economy. Achieving this goal led to the formulation and solution of the following tasks of methodological and practical nature: based on the study of applied aspects of structural changes in business management to determine the degree of validity of theoretical concepts to identify their scientific and methodological significance and application of modern science; to conduct a comparative analysis of the level of development of the internal structure of the economic system and business management processes in terms of specific historical features of development; to determine the features of managing the activities of business structures in a transitive economy of Ukraine. Research results: the possibilities of coach management as a modern approach to business management are assessed; a mechanism for improving the personnel management system has been developed. Scope: application of methods of conceptual awareness and systematic research of approaches to management of components of strategic potential of transitive economy in discourse of economic theory and management, building of modern base of researches of fluctuations of economic systems of the modern world. Further use of system-synergetic analysis is appropriate to take into account the parameters of the crisis of society, economic systems, which are the main objects of influence in the management of world economic processes in general and the main object of study in the process of cognition using a civilizational approach.
