It was found that NO is involved in the effect of nanoparticles zero valent iron on the process of meiotic maturation of oocytes and the viability of cells of the follicular environment of oocytes in the conditions of experimental immune damage. It is shown that the introduction of glutathione under conditions of experimental systemic autoimmune damage leads to an improvement in the ability of oocytes to meiotic maturation and increase the viability of follicular cells. Pathogenetic mechanisms under conditions of endotoxemia modeling have been studied. The protective effect of Ge citrate application on ovarian granular cells and thymus and lymph node cells is shown. It was found that the inhibition of PARP-1 under endotoxemia was accompanied by a decrease in the functional activity of inflammatory effector cells.
