They can be used in law-making activities - as theoretical material in the development or improvement of current economic legislation of Ukraine; in the educational process - in the teaching of disciplines "Commercial Law", "Commercial Procedural Law", "Transport Law", in the practical activities of state bodies to manage relations to ensure economic security and business entities in the process of ensuring the security of their economic activities, etc. The novelty of scientific research is that the following have been improved: the system of ensuring public safety; constituent elements of economic security; the mechanism of investment security management of the enterprise, which has a qualitative aspect; has undergone further development: analysis of the phenomenon of corruption, as a threat to the economic security of both the state and its bodies and economic entities of the public and private sectors of the economy; legal support for state supervision and control over economic activity as a component of ensuring economic security; formulated for the first time: the concept of "legal security of the enterprise". Research methods: a set of general and special methods of scientific knowledge: historical and legal, comparative law, formal-logical, logical-semantic, method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, interpretation of legal norms, etc. The results of the study were conducted in the educational process in the teaching of disciplines "Commercial Law", "Commercial Procedural Law", "Transport Law". The results of the study can be used in the educational process, in the practice of government agencies and businesses in the public and private sectors of the economy.
