For the first time in Ukrainian linguistics, the terminological concepts of cognitive word formation, dialectology and communicative syntax have been verified (or proved). The syntactic features of language units are analyzed in a new way, as well as the lexical-semantic and stylistic functions of their constitutive elements in the textual outline of artistic and journalistic texts are emphasized. The specifics of modern Ukrainian oral and dialectal discourses in accordance with their local features in Bukovyna in the conditions of globalization and active intercultural communication are revealed. For the first time the construction of the linguistic picture of the world as a representative of universal and national features of world development not only by Bukovinian writers, but also in advertising texts and registers of lexicographical works of the XIX - early XXI centuries are found out.
