An in-depth understanding of the role of active mineral additives and fillers of different genesis, taking into account their surface energy and synergistic interaction, contributes to the most complete realization of the potential of binding properties of low-emission multicomponent cements for the production of modified concrete and building mortars based on them, which are characterized by improved quality and performance characteristics. Low-carbon multicomponent cements and modified concretes and mortars on the basis allow to create progressive models of rational using of natural raw materials, fuel, electricity, utilize industrial waste, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and solve a number of important environmental, economic and social problems.
