PATHOGENESIS, AGE, MULTI-ORGANIC INSUFFICIENCY, CRANIOSKELTAL INJURY The object of the study is cranioskeletal trauma in rats of different ages in the acute period, the period of early and late manifestations of traumatic disease. The aim of the work is to find out the leading mechanisms of formation of multiorgan failure in individuals of different ages on the model of cranioskeletal trauma and to evaluate the effectiveness of its systemic correction by cell therapy methods; to establish morphofunctional disorders of the myocardium in conditions of severe complications of cranioskeletal trauma - acute lung injury; to study the effectiveness of therapy based on plant materials in terms of cranioskeletal trauma in the late period of traumatic illness; to prove the effectiveness of cord blood stem cells under conditions of acute experimental pathology. The following methods were used in the work: experimental - for modeling of skeletal and craniocerebral trauma in rats of different ages, for modeling of acute lung damage; for modeling acute peritonitis; biochemical - to determine the products of lipid peroxidation, the enzymatic link of antioxidant protection, markers of cytolysis, endogenous intoxication and circulating immune complexes; enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays - for quantitative determination of the content of immunoglobulins of classes A, M, G and cytokine status; functional - to study the biliary and biliary function of the liver; mathematical and statistical - to process the results.
