The study of the state of biological objects and their spread area in the zone of activity of animal production enterprises is additional information criterion to assess the state of atmospheric air an inspected territory are substantiated. System of biological indicators has been developed to assess the influence of wastewater of stock-raising facilities on natural water bodies in conditions of an increasing the mid-annual temperature and her approbation has been conducted in conditions of functioning of typical enterprises for production of pork and poultry products. It was determined that 93.8% emissions of NH₃ and N₂O in Ukraine (2018) related to systems manure storage in the solid state and on pasture, the largest source emission of NH₃, N₂O and CH₄ in Ukraine – 53.0% is private farms of the population and 36.9% – branch of cattle breeding. It is shown, that one of the reasons of emissions and losses of nitrogen is the irrational use of manure in agriculture as an organic fertilizer. Based on experimental data, scientific provisions of elements of eco-safe technology of utilization of wastes of animal waste were developed. It has been proved influence of different bedding materials and biopreparations in broiler production on emissions of NH₃ and pilot plant of dryer-shredder for processing poultry excrement with litter into organic fertilizer has been developed. It was established that application into soil of fertilizer "Meliorant-Agro" in the amount of 1 ton per hectare improves morphological indexes of growth of spring barley and oat in comparison with control, with positive influence on yields of cultures – growth of 8.5% and 9.8% respectively. Methodological approach to assessing of influence of wastewater of dairy farms on agricultural cultures at cultivation their for processing on biofuels has been substantiated.
