Objective - Substantiation and deepening of theoretical bases of the organization of balanced use of natural resource potential of agro-industrial complex at the national and regional level. Research methods - settlement and constructive, analogy, heuristic, statistical observation, comparison, monographic, abstract logic, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, ascent from the abstract to the concrete and vice versa, the system-structural, economic and mathematical modeling. Apparatus - scientific developments, legal documents, statistics. Scientific novelty: the theoretical bases of the organization of balanced use of natural resource potential of agro-industrial complex at the national and regional levels are substantiated; qualitative parameters of land lands and their dynamics in the structure of ensuring balanced use of natural resource potential of agro-industrial complex are estimated; the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops was optimized in the direction of ensuring balanced use of agrolandscapes at the national and local levels; the theoretical foundations of sustainable nature management are deepened, taking into account the assimilation potential of land. The practical value of the work consists in balancing the environmental and economic component in the use of natural resources of the agricultural sector in the activities of entities of different forms of ownership and management.
