The aim of this work is to determine effective ways to create highly adaptive, resistant to abiotic and biotic factors of tomato sources in culture in vivo at the level of the male gametophyte and in vitro. Research methods are the clonal micropropagation, culture of somatic tissues and cells, gamete and cell selection in vitro. The use of comprehensive assessment in vitro culture of resistance to necrotrophic diseases, salt, drought resistance and resistance to different levels of mineral nutrition of different genetic constitutions of tomato genotypes has already provided a significant array of experimental data on the impact on biometrics in differentiated and undifferentiated explants, was induced on selective media. To develop models for evaluating stress-tolerant samples that were suitable for cultivation at different levels of production intensity, the indices of all 71 traits on selective media in vitro were analyzed. This has already established 11 significant correlation coefficients at a 5 percent significance level. To build models of classification functions, they have already been analyzed using canonical discriminant analysis. This has already allowed calculating a system of classification equations, the use of which allowed predicting the level of stress tolerance of tomato genotypes and determining the direction of use of new genotypes suitable for cultivation at different levels of tomato production, both intensive and organic production systems.
