The aim of the work is to develop a technology for obtaining products of complex shape from heat-resistant metal and ceramic reinforced materials, which are operated in extremely difficult conditions of intensive simultaneous cyclic heat loads, aggressive environment and abrasive wear, which will increase the efficiency of special and civil equipment. Technologies for obtaining products of complex shape from heat-resistant metal (based on molybdenum and heat-resistant cast iron) and ceramic reinforced materials (based on boron carbide), which are operated in extremely difficult conditions of intensive simultaneous action of cyclic heat loads, aggressive environment and abrasive wear, efficiency of special and civil equipment units. On the basis of the developed technological instructions of production by a method of powder metallurgy of heat-resistant materials technical conditions on preparations from molybdenum alloy M-MP for products of special purpose are received. A set of technological documentation for smelting, furnace and out-of-furnace processing of cast iron casting has been prepared. A prototype of a cast iron mold set for the manufacture of glass products. The developed recipe of heat-resistant cast iron and the technology of its production will allow for the first time in Ukraine to start the production of mold sets for the manufacture of glass products. The launch of its own domestic production will reduce the cost of heat-resistant cast iron billets for the needs of Ukrainian enterprises.
