Among possible partners predicted via bioinformatics analysis, we selected proteins that regulate important cellular processes, comprising endocytic proteins AMPH1 and BIN1, adapter proteins GRB2, NCK, CRK, phospholipase Сγ1 (PLCγ1), and non-receptor tyrosine kinases SRC and CSK. During the work, we obtained required recombinant plasmids, produced and purified respective GST-fused recombinant proteins, and identified six novel partners for the actin polymerization regulator WIP, eight new partners for the adapter protein TKS4, and eight – for the actin cytoskeleton regulator CR16. Protein partners for the TKS4b isoform were not identified.
