The aim of the work is to develop a method for diagnosing plant diseases that can be used in the early stages of infection and for large populations, as well as identifying genetic markers of disease resistance, correlation between peroxis content, gene expression and biogenesis and productivity and yield of infected pathogens. . To achieve this goal, agrocenoses were monitored and samples of diseased plants of different soybean and wheat varieties were taken in the 2019-2020 season; identification of viruses by serological and molecular methods; phylogenetic analysis of viral isolates; quantitative content of peroxisomes in plants infected with viral and fungal pathogens was determined; the level of expression of genes of biogenesis by peroxisomes was studied; the activity of stress signaling pathways (the level of ROS and enzymes responsible for plant resistance to pathogens) was established; the productivity and yield structure of healthy and infected plants and their comparison with the content of peroxis were studied. Research methods - visual diagnosis of viral and fungal diseases of plants, microscopy, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription, sequencing of virus sequences, phylogenetic analysis, methods of obtaining protein extracts, cDNA synthesis, measurement of plant levels, ROS and AFC fertility pathogen damage, crop determination and structure, statistical data processing methods. A correlation analysis was performed between the quantitative content of peroxisomes, the level of gene expression of their biogenesis and the productivity and yield of infected wheat plants. Differences in the response of different varieties of wheat to the defeat of the wheat striped mosaic virus (VSMP) were found and the relationship between all these indicators was revealed.  Product Description popup.authors Dashchenko Anna V.
