In addition, 5 isolates of actinomycetes that decompose cellulose were isolated. These isolates belong to the genera Streptomyces, Streptosporangium, Micromonospora. There were also 45 isolates of fungi of the following genera: Trichoderma, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Coriolus, Cladosporium, Fusarium, Aureobasidium, Phanerochaete, Physarium, Sporotrichum, Verticillium and others. Studies of the effect of temperature on the growth rate of strains showed that for the isolate Penicillium sp. the most optimal temperature is 20-25 ° C, while for the growth of mycelium Trichoderma sp. - 25-30 ° C. The study of morphological characteristics of strains using the method of light microscopy suggests that the mycelial cultures of Penicillium sp. are representatives of the species P. verruculosum, P. atrovenetum, and Trichoderma, respectively, T. viride, T. harzianum, T. asperellum   Product Description popup.authors Gogol Lyudmila O.
